To explain the working principle of the powder packaging machine, the first step is to make clear the measuring method of the powder packaging machine, and then, according to different measuring methods, specifically explain its working principle:


Powder packaging machine, from the perspective of quantitative principle, there are mainly two ways: volume type, weighing type


(1) Positive displacement


Volumetric quantitative filling is realized by controlling the volume of the filled material. Screw quantitative filling machine belongs to the category of volumetric quantitative filling. It has the advantages of simple structure, no weighing device, low cost and high filling efficiency. The disadvantage of screw type quantitative filling machine is that the filling accuracy varies greatly according to the filling material, which mainly depends on the stability of the apparent specific gravity of the filling material, the uniformity of the size of the material particles, the hygroscopicity and looseness of the material, etc. Therefore, the main suitable objects of volumetric filling are material particles with uniform size, stable heap density and good self-fluidity.


Volumetric quantitative packing can be divided into two forms according to different ways of measuring materials. One is to control the flow or time of the filling material to control the filling volume, for example, to control the volume of the filling material by controlling the number of rotating rings or time of the screw filling machine, and to control the volume of the material by controlling the vibration time of the vibration feeder. Another form is to use the same measuring container to measure materials to achieve quantitative filling, such as using measuring cylinder, measuring cup or plunger type quantitative filling machine.


No matter which volumetric quantitative filling method is adopted, there is the same problem, that is, to ensure the stability of the density of the filled material as far as possible. In order to meet this requirement, vibration, stirring, nitrogen filling or vacuum pumping are often used to achieve this. In the case of high filling accuracy requirement, it is necessary to adopt automatic detection device to constantly detect the change of the filling material according to specific gravity, and then make constant adjustment to ensure the accuracy of filling volume.


(2) Weighing formula


Weight-based quantitative filling ensures the accuracy of filling by controlling the weight of the materials to be filled. Compared with volumetric quantitative filling mentioned above, the structure is more complex, the cost is higher, and the filling efficiency is lower than volumetric filling. The filling objects are mainly materials with uneven particle size, unstable heap density and relatively high price. At present, there are mainly three kinds of weighing scale for quantitative filling, which are mechanical lever scale, electronic scale and mechanical electronic combined scale. According to the different feeding way, it can be divided into single-stage feeding and multi-stage feeding. In order to improve the quantitative accuracy and feeding speed, the dynamic weighing of multi-stage feeding and weighing is generally adopted.
