1. If the setting pulse cannot be transmitted to the electrical control cabinet or the material is not available, it may be caused by the high sensitivity of the photoelectric switch or by blocking. At this time, please adjust the sensitivity of the photoelectric switch to an appropriate position or remove the blocking object.


2. The pulse number increases, but the actual weight decreases, and the actual weight is out of tolerance after feeding, which is caused by the material level difference in the hopper is too large. After adjusting a few bags, it can be restored to normal. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably control the level of material in the hopper (manual feeding) or adjust the number of preset bags (automatic feeding).


3. If zero point instability (zero drift) occurs in the calibration balance, there may be a large airflow (such as wind, fan, air conditioner) or vibration source nearby; In addition, if the environmental humidity than ambassador circuit board dampness will also appear this phenomenon, then please take care to remove the electronic scale shell, with a hair dryer to drive moisture, pay attention to: the hair dryer do not leave the circuit board too close, should not be a long time heating drive, so as not to damage components.

4, the phenomenon of screw not moving (that is, the stepper motor blocked) or good or bad measurement, may be there is debris in the material caused by too much resistance or the material cup eccentric, in this case, please shut down, remove the material cup, remove debris or adjust the position of the material cup. (2) the operator will be the bottom of the container against the material cup exit, change the operation method can be.


5. The measurement is not correct after changing the packaging specifications or materials, which may be due to the position of the agitator scraper is not appropriate, so that the lower end of the scraper is about 10-15mm away from the screw. (2) After the completion of filling leakage phenomenon, add leakage prevention net.


6. The stirring motor does not operate:


The first is caused by the thermal overload relay trip. When the electrical control cabinet is opened, the trip indicator rod of thermal overload relay (green) can be seen to push out (there is no trip indication during automatic reset). Press the reset button (blue) with your hand, and the trip indicator rod will be retracted to return to normal. The fault is caused by the heavy load of the agitator motor or vibration when the machine is shut down. Second, the power is out of phase.


7. The stepping motor is not running normally or not running


First, the grid voltage fluctuation is too large, the driving power alarm light, the driving electricity from the lock. Second, the running frequency may be too high, resulting in the stepping motor out of step.


8. If the power supply voltage is too low, the following faults may occur:


(1) The driving electricity comes from the lock.


(2) The weight of the calibration balance is unstable.


(3) The calibration balance shows chaos.


(4) Step motor is out of step, and drive power supply alarms.
