· Driving advantages
The standard product adopts the belt wheel to drive the cycloid reducer. Compared with the large torque of the gear reducer, the elastic connection of belt transmission has the advantage of protecting the transmission parts in the case of overload.
· Flexible disassembly and installation
The screw spindle is connected to the drive shaft flange in the barrel body and can be removed quickly if the agitator shaft type needs to be repaired or replaced. Flexible disassembly design enables u-shaped cylinder body to be completely welded to both ends of plates, avoiding the gap of material accumulation caused by the connection of large flange of the cylinder body and reducing the residue.
· Broken screw belt
Compared with the continuous screw belt, the broken screw belt has greater shear movement on the material, and can form more vortexes in the flow of the material, thus speeding up the mixing speed and improving the mixing uniformity.
· Discharging form
The discharging form is generally pneumatic (manual) flap valve, the circular arc valve is tightly embedded into the cylinder, flush with the inner wall of the cylinder, there is no material accumulation and mixing dead Angle phenomenon, reliable edge type seal, to ensure that there is no leakage phenomenon in frequent switch.
· Cooling and heating
A jacket can be added outside the mixing barrel, and the material can be cooled or heated by injecting hot and cold medium into the jacket. Cooling is generally pumped into industrial water, heating can be through steam or electric heating heat conduction oil.
· Spindle seal
When mixing superfine powder, the sealing form of the spindle can increase the air tightness setting, which can effectively prevent the flow of air powder inside and outside the cylinder.
