Equipment introduction
1. Js-gx200 capping machine is a new generation of capping equipment designed and manufactured by our company for supporting powder and particle production lines and automatic capping process. Different from the previous batch capping machines, it overcomes the shortcomings of the batch capping machine, such as slow capping speed, loose capping and small applicable scope. In the design of this machine, new technologies such as linear bottle intake, automatic cap dropping and uninterrupted cap turning are adopted.
2. When using the semi-automatic GX machine, the operator only needs to put the bottle cap on the bottle mouth. During the forward operation of the bottle, the bottle cap is automatically tightened by three sets of rotating wheels.
3. GX can be easily upgraded to a complete automatic cap screwing machine by adding cover falling system. We have lifting and vibrating cover falling system, which can be selected according to actual needs.

L Automatically manage and turn the cover to reduce the labor intensity of workers;
L Body shell is made of 304 stainless steel, in line with GMP requirements;
L Optionally equipped with digital position display function to reduce operation difficulty and avoid loose screw cap caused by improper adjustment. The working principle of
Core working principle: After the lid is arranged, the lid is inclined to hang at 30°. After the bottle is separated by the bottle dividing mechanism, the lid band is placed on the top of the bottle after passing through the cap area. The bottle flows through 3 pairs of cap rollers, which apply pressure on both sides of the cap.
Operation process: product release (connected line) -- > product conveying (automatic realization of equipment) -- > product separation -- > automatic cover cutting -- > set cover -- > screw-on -- > collection of screw-on products.
