Product Description:
Materials enter the packaging bag by gravity, vibration and spiral action, using intelligent control of the two-speed valve control accuracy. Conventional models are equipped with pneumatic bag lifting and releasing mechanism, which can carry out lifting and releasing operation when packing loose materials. In order to increase the packing bag material density, improve the appearance of the package, reduce the volume of the package. Compared with other models, it has the advantages of large packing weight range, high precision, high stability and low power consumption. At present, it has been successfully used in domestic carbon black, plastic, petrochemical and other industries for a long time.
Usage:
The operator will put on the mouth of the packaging bag, hang the four straps, and press the "allow to add" button. The packaging machine will start fast feeding after automatically lifting the bag. When the packaging weight is close to the set weight value, it will automatically slow down for accurate feeding, and stop feeding and put down the packed bag after reaching the set weight value. After the operator loosens and bundles the mouth of the bag, he/she takes away the wrapped bag. After putting on the new bag, he/she repeats the above process for the next packing.
Extensibility:
In order to improve the packaging environment, it is used with a small dust removal fan to avoid dust.
Optional automatic bag clamping device to further reduce the workload of personnel.
Vibration motor can be selected to vibrate the material in the bag during the packaging process, thus effectively improving the material compactness.
