Working principle:
Ultraviolet sterilization machine is carried out by using ultraviolet lamp, packaging bags through the process of sterilization room, from the sterilization room in all directions of the ultraviolet radiation its external surface constantly, in order to change and destroy its surface microbial structure (DNA-nucleic acid), so as to inhibit the replication of DNA. On the other hand, since radiation can ionize oxygen in the air into [O], and then make O2 oxidize to ozone (O3) or water (H2O) oxidize to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), both O3 and H2O2 have bactericidal effect. Ultraviolet ray penetrability is not big, so, apply to the sterilization of object surface only. The germicidal efficiency of ultraviolet ray and the product of intensity and time become direct ratio, germicidal efficacy will decide according to actual germicidal efficacy.
Structure and functions:
A. Sterilization room: made of 304 stainless steel. Side of a total of 6 sliding doors, the door to pull up after taking away, sterilization indoor department will be clear at a glance, to avoid health corner. The bottom side is the powder collecting tank, which is formed by bending the whole plate, and the middle part is the long edge body, so that the material and dust can slide along the side of the long edge body to the periphery of the powder collecting tank. Sterilization room at both ends for blocking light droplet, and can be easily removed. Above and in the middle of the sterilization room, there is a vacuum mouth in a round place, which can be connected with the vacuum system. For safety reasons, safety induction switches are installed on each side door.
B. Roller conveyor: A roller equipped with sprocket at one end is evenly distributed between the rails on both sides of the roller conveyor that crosses the sterilization room. The roller is connected with the deceleration motor through the chain loop, and the sprocket and bearing are enclosed in the side rail. Each roller is a power unit and several rollers push the bag forward simultaneously. It is through the gap between the rolls that the ultraviolet rays hit the bottom of the bag. The side rail on both sides of the conveyor is also used as the main wire trough. The bottom side of the side rail is distributed with a number of quick connection seats (connectors). The control line is distributed through this quick connection seat. In order not to hinder the cleaning work in the sterilization room, the machine will put the deceleration motor in the sterilization outdoor surface. In order to prevent the packaging bag side may be damaged sterilization indoor side light, on both sides of the conveyor side rail installed small guardrail. The conveyor can reverse transport the material back.
C. Sterilization lamp module: there are 24 sets of lights distributed around the conveyor in the sterilization room. Each set of lights is an independent unit module and can be easily moved or removed according to needs, thus making cleaning or maintenance easier. There is a lead wire on each module, and the tail end of the lead wire is equipped with a quick connector, which can be inserted into the corresponding quick connector seat on the bottom side of the side rail when in use. The special sterilizing lamp holder has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and long service life.
D. Air blowing device: There are five air blowing nozzles controlled by the opposite sensor in the upper and lower front end of the sterilization room. When the packaging bag passes by, the air blowing nozzle will begin to sweep the surface of the packaging bag and blow the dust towards the suction mouth. The use of special dust removal nozzle, air consumption is less, low noise, high dust removal efficiency.
E. Control system: arranged on the front side of the sterilization room. PLC control, 5.7 inch touch screen man-machine interface display. Main functions: working mode selection, packet count accumulation and digital inquiry, can identify the central control system instructions, from the screen can know which lamp to replace, sterilization intensity and conveyor speed available to choose, etc.
F. Buffer cover: There is a transparent cover shaped with plexiglass plate in front of the sterilization room, which mainly plays the role of strengthening isolation.
