4. If the conveyor belt rotates clockwise, it should be stopped immediately. At this time, the main motor will reverse, and the belt will rotate counterclockwise after reversing the motor.
5. Set the temperature. According to the packaging materials, set the heat sealing temperature on the temperature controller of the electric control box.
6. When the machine is shut down, the heat packer must be in the open position to prevent burning of the packaging materials and to extend the service life of the heat packer.
7. When rotating the measuring plate, it is not allowed to turn the measuring plate clockwise. Before starting the machine, check whether all the cutting doors are closed (except the cutting doors in the open state), otherwise the parts may be damaged.
8. Metering Adjustment When the metering weight of packaging materials is less than the required weight, the adjusting screw ring of the metering plate can be adjusted clockwise to meet the required amount of packaging, or vice versa if the weight is greater than the required weight.
9. When the charging operation is normal, the machine can work normally. Switch on the counter to complete the counting work and finally install the protective cover.
