Function Description:
The machine can automatically complete the bottling, lid handling, cap wearing, cap rolling, bottle discharge and other procedures. Smooth operation, stable performance, fully in line with GMP requirements.
Production process:
Cap rolling machine: the bottles that have been filled and plugged in the front channel enter the cap rolling dial through the conveyor belt → automatic cap putting (automatic cap arranging) → automatic cap rolling → bottle discharging from the conveyor belt → (bottle collecting from the discharging plate) or enter the next labeling process
Working principle: When the bottle is loaded to the cap rolling position, the cap will be put on automatically by the track of the capping device. When the bottle runs to the lower end of the cap rolling for intermittent stops after the cap wearing, the cap rolling will be pressed down by the connecting rod mechanism and rotated clockwise (the cap rolling speed can be adjusted), so as to complete the cap rolling work. The height of the whole stand of the cap rolling machine is adjustable, and the speed of the whole operation process of the cap rolling machine is adjustable. The conveyor belt speed of cap rolling machine is adjustable.
